These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the A-Hatser website and the booking of accommodation at A-Hatser vacation rental in Rosh Pinna, Israel. By using this website or making a booking inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

2. About the Service

A-Hatser is a vacation rental property (צימר) offering short-term accommodation in Rosh Pinna, Upper Galilee, Israel. The property includes two guest rooms and a shared courtyard garden.

3. Booking Process

A-Hatser operates as an inquiry-based service. Submitting a contact form or sending a WhatsApp message constitutes an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when:

• You receive written confirmation from the host (via WhatsApp, email, or messaging)
• Payment terms have been agreed upon
• The specific dates and room have been confirmed

The website does not support instant or automatic booking. All reservations are arranged directly with the host.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are arranged directly between the guest and the host at the time of booking confirmation. Payment methods, amounts, and schedules will be communicated to you directly. Prices shown on third-party platforms (such as Airbnb) may differ from direct booking prices.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Consumer Right of Cancellation

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (Section 14C), for remote transactions (bookings made via the website, WhatsApp, or other digital means), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of making the transaction, provided that the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the commencement of the service (check-in date).

5.2 Cancellation Fees

When exercising your legal right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply, as permitted by law.

5.3 Host Cancellation Policy

The specific cancellation policy (which may be more flexible than the legal minimum) will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. Any cancellation must be communicated in writing (email or WhatsApp message).

6. House Rules

Guests are expected to comply with the house rules displayed on the main website, including but not limited to:

• No pets allowed
• No smoking indoors
• Respecting maximum guest capacity per room
• Responsible use of shared facilities (courtyard, wading pool, restroom)
• Adherence to check-in and check-out times

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

A-Hatser provides accommodation on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy of information presented on this website, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-Hatser shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Personal injury or property damage occurring on the premises, except where caused by our negligence
• Service interruptions, website errors, or technical issues
• Acts of force majeure (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.)

7.2 Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay. Any damage should be reported to the host immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of A-Hatser or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
